CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 1420 has been adopted by the senate |
|
|
and the house of representatives and is being prepared for |
|
|
enrollment; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be |
|
|
corrected; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED by the 82nd Legislature of the State of Texas, That |
|
|
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to make the |
|
|
following corrections: |
|
|
(1) In SECTION 13 of the bill, in amended Section |
|
|
201.401(b), Transportation Code (conference committee report page |
|
|
10, line 3), strike ", outside, or retained". |
|
|
(2) In SECTION 31 of the bill, in added Section |
|
|
223.201(f)(6), Transportation Code (conference committee report |
|
|
page 49, line 9), between "the" and "Highway" insert "State". |
