R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Jerry and Yvonne Graham of Georgetown celebrated |
|
|
their 50th wedding anniversary on January 28, 2011, and they may |
|
|
indeed reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have |
|
|
shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Graham exchanged the vows of matrimony |
|
|
at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Taylor in 1961, and over the course |
|
|
of their marriage, they have found in each other a loving life |
|
|
partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This devoted couple count among their blessings a |
|
|
fine family, and they share the many special occasions of life with |
|
|
their children and grandchildren; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Jerry and Yvonne Graham have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jerry and Yvonne Graham on their |
|
|
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes |
|
|
for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Graham as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
