R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Paul Huron IV of the Harmony Science Academy in San
  Antonio is compiling an impressive record of success in science
  fair competitions; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Huron's latest victory came at the statewide
  Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics 2011 event, where he
  received a grand prize for his project "Weapon System Visualization
  and Signal Analysis ID Program for Converting Audio Signals Using
  Fourier Transform Algorithms"; and
         WHEREAS, This triumph is the most recent in a long string of
  top finishes for this accomplished young Texan, who also claimed
  the Naval Award and the silver medal at the 2010 International
  Sustainable World Project Olympiad; and
         WHEREAS, A member of the National Honor Society, Mr. Huron
  maintains a 4.0 grade point average; moreover, he has attended the
  summer Nanoscience Academy Workshop at The University of Texas at
  Austin and the VEX Robotics summer camp; and
         WHEREAS, Paul Huron has proven himself a young man with a
  bright future, and he may indeed take justifiable pride in his
  achievements; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Paul Huron IV for his fine showings
  in science fair competitions and extend to him sincere best wishes
  for continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Huron as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
