R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, The passing of Paul E. Taylor of Lubbock on February |
|
17, 2011, at the age of 66, has deeply saddened the family and |
|
friends of this esteemed Texan; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born on April 1, 1944, to Willard and Willie May |
|
Taylor, Paul Taylor was one of five children in his family; Mr. |
|
Taylor shared nearly half a century of marriage with his wife, |
|
Louise, and the couple were blessed with a son, Roger, two |
|
daughters, Debbie and Jeannine, and six grandchildren; and |
|
WHEREAS, Paul Taylor lived a caring and purposeful life, and |
|
he will forever be remembered with great affection by all those who |
|
held him close to their hearts; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Paul E. Taylor and |
|
extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, |
|
Louise; to his son, Roger, and his wife, Roxanne; to his daughter, |
|
Debbie Whitten, and her husband, Mark; to his six grandchildren, |
|
Ryker, Steven, Ramsey, and Christopher Taylor and Kamber and Asher |
|
Whitten; to his mother, Willie May Taylor; to his three sisters, |
|
Elizabeth Edwards, Sylvia Westbrook, and Glenda Upchurch; to his |
|
brother, Gary Taylor; and to his other relatives and many friends; |
|
and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Paul E. |
|
Taylor. |
