R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, An inspiring couple whose lives have been enhanced
  by a great and enduring love, Jack and Faye Dell Clements of West
  celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on February 24, 2011; and
         WHEREAS, Jack Clements and the former Faye Dell Brown were
  united in matrimony in West in 1951; they are the parents of three
  children, Gayle Pullin and the late Larry Clements and the late
  Bobby Clements, and their family has grown to include son-in-law,
  Dan Pullin, and daughters-in-law, Beth Roberts and her husband,
  Ray, and Diana Blakley and her husband, Joe, six grandchildren,
  Tiffany Clements, Amy Grisham, Tara Schulze and her husband,
  Matthew, Jason Clements and his wife, Jill, Brad Pullin, and Jared
  Clements and his wife, Kristin, four step-grandchildren, Cameron
  and Bryce Roberts, Kristen Baird and her husband, Daniel, and Kally
  Blakley, seven great-grandchildren, Brendon Blackburn, Devin and
  Cason Pullin, Cooper Jack and Libby Clements, Mason Schulze, and
  Laynie Brooke Grisham, and two step-great-grandchildren, Liyah and
  Tatum Baird; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Clements is an alumnus of Abbott High School and
  works for H. B. Blake Company in Hewitt; Mrs. Clements graduated
  from West High School and retired from the Texas Parks and Wildlife
  Department after 25 years of service; they are valued members of
  First United Methodist Church in West and Abbott Methodist Church
  in Abbott; and
         WHEREAS, While innumerable changes have taken place in the
  world during the past six decades, this devoted husband and wife
  have remained constant in their commitment to one another, and the
  strength of their love has enabled them to meet life's challenges
  and opportunities with grace and optimism; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Jack and Faye Dell Clements on
  their 60th wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best
  wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Clements as an expression of high regard
  by the Texas House of Representatives.
