WHEREAS, Humberto G. Garcia of Del Rio is focusing new

concentrate on consulting and writing and also to nurture his
golfing career; as a professional, Mr. Garcia has played in several
qualifiers for the Champions Tour and is a regular on the Southern
Texas Professional Golfers Association Senior Series; in all his
endeavors, he enjoys the love and support of his wife, Cynthia, and
  his four children; and
WHEREAS, As a San Felipe High School alumnus and an avid
