R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A life made rich through meaningful service drew to
  a close with the passing of Frank Feuille IV of El Paso on March 14,
  2011, at the age of 68; and
         WHEREAS, Born June 16, 1942, in El Paso, Frank Feuille was the
  son of Frank Feuille III, a former publisher of the El Paso Times;
  he attended public schools and studied at West Texas College before
  transferring to The University of Texas at Austin, receiving his
  bachelor's degree in 1963 and earning his juris doctorate in 1966;
  he later earned a master of liberal arts degree with honors from
  Johns Hopkins University in 1969; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Feuille served his country as a captain in the
  Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Army, and then
  went on to a notable career with an El Paso law firm that spanned
  more than three and a half decades; he was listed as a Texas Super
  Lawyer twice by Texas Monthly magazine, received the Civility Award
  from the American Board of Trial Advocates, which he served as
  president of its El Paso chapter, and was named an Outstanding
  Senior Lawyer by the El Paso Bar Association; he retired from his
  legal practice in 2008; and
         WHEREAS, Always seeking to give back to others, Mr. Feuille
  shared his time and talents as president of the board of the El Paso
  Museum of Art, the Ballet Performing Arts Center, the El Paso
  Symphony Orchestra, and the United Way of El Paso County, and he
  also provided guidance to the Greater El Paso Tennis Association,
  El Paso Pro-Musica, Los Caballeros, and the Institutional Review
  Board of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center;
  moreover, he was appointed in 2010 to a three-year term as a member
  of the liberal arts advisory council for The University of Texas;
  and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Feuille was a man of strong faith who further
  distinguished himself as president of the mission board and the
  parish school board of the Church of St. Clement, in addition to
  serving in the vestry and teaching English as a second language
  through the church; and
         WHEREAS, In all of his endeavors, he enjoyed the love and
  support of his wife of 44 years, Elizabeth R. Feuille, and together
  they were the proud parents of three children, Frank, Mary, and
  Forrest, and the grandparents of five grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, Deeply devoted to his family and his community,
  Frank Feuille made a positive difference in the lives of his loved
  ones and fellow citizens alike, and he will be fondly remembered for
  years to come; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Frank Feuille IV and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife,
  Elizabeth R. Feuille; to his children, Frank "Cinco" Feuille V and
  his wife, Katie, Mary Elizabeth McComas and her husband, Jim, and
  Forrest Marshall Feuille; to his grandchildren, Kendall and Kathryn
  McComas and Ella, Milo, and Charlie Feuille; and to his other
  relatives and many friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Frank
  Feuille IV.
