R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Bill and Kay Cleveland of Campbell celebrated their |
|
|
50th wedding anniversary on April 1, 2011, and they may indeed |
|
|
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland exchanged the vows of |
|
|
matrimony in Rockwall in 1961, and over the course of their |
|
|
marriage, they have found in each other a loving life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The couple count among their blessings a fine family |
|
|
that includes two daughters, Susie Norris and her husband, Bobby, |
|
|
and Annette Moore and her husband, Keven, with whom they enjoy |
|
|
spending the many special occasions of life; Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland |
|
|
have also experienced the joy of welcoming into their family five |
|
|
grandchildren, Heide Krodel and her husband, James, Shelbe Thomas |
|
|
and her husband, Josh, Casse Morton and her husband, Brandon, Billy |
|
|
Bob Norris, and Kolton Moore; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Bill and Kay Cleveland have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Bill and Kay Cleveland on their |
|
|
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes |
|
|
for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
