R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, The loved ones of Judy Marie Hitt were greatly |
|
saddened by her passing on March 11, 2011, at the age of 62; and |
|
WHEREAS, A Waco native, Judy Hitt was born on August 19, 1948, |
|
to Charlie and Margaret Morris; she shared many happy times with her |
|
companion, Rosalio Chavez, and she was devoted to her daughters, |
|
Tammy, Karen, and Kayla; and |
|
WHEREAS, Through the years, this beloved woman served as a |
|
source of wisdom and inspiration to her family, which grew to |
|
include three grandchildren; and |
|
WHEREAS, Judy Hitt enjoyed a life that was rich in the |
|
intangibles that matter most, and she is deeply missed by all those |
|
who held her dear; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Judy Marie Hitt and |
|
extend deepest sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
daughters, Tammy Hitt, Karen Loa, and Kayla Morris; to her |
|
grandchildren, Aaron and Chelsea Ramos and Mariah Shaw; to her |
|
brother, Johnny Morris; to her sisters, Shirley Owens and Wanda |
|
Cleere; to her longtime companion, Rosalio Chavez; and to her other |
|
relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Judy Marie |
|
Hitt. |
