R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Coach Ray Biles of Lorena High School achieved his
  100th win as a head football coach with a victory over Grandview
  High School on September 3, 2010; and
         WHEREAS, After graduating from Richfield High School in Waco
  in 1975, Ray Biles attended Baylor University, graduating in 1980;
  he began his career with Katy High School and served as an assistant
  coach with its football program until 1992; and
         WHEREAS, Coach Biles was subsequently hired by Lorena High
  School to serve as head football coach and athletic director; his
  skilled leadership has resulted in numerous triumphs for the
  Leopards, and he currently ranks 25th among Class 3A coaches for the
  most all-time victories; and
         WHEREAS, Throughout his career, Coach Biles has had a
  profound influence on countless young people, preparing them for
  challenges and opportunities both on and off the gridiron, and he is
  truly deserving of special recognition for his exemplary record of
  achievement; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Coach Ray Biles on winning the
  100th game of his career and extend to him sincere best wishes for
  continued success; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Coach Biles as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
