R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, No words can adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
|
the death of Richard Wayne Napier of Mineola, who passed away on |
|
|
December 23, 2010, at the age of 20; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born on February 13, 1990, Mr. Napier was blessed |
|
|
with a wide circle of loved ones whose lives he brightened with his |
|
|
warmth, kindness, and joyful sense of humor; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although Richard Napier will be deeply missed, |
|
|
memories of this young Texan will forever be cherished by all those |
|
|
who held him dear; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Richard Wayne Napier |
|
|
and extend deepest sympathy to his relatives, to his many friends, |
|
|
and to all who mourn his passing; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Richard |
|
|
Wayne Napier. |
