R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, After a decade of exemplary service, Scott Snow is
  retiring from his position on the Mansfield Independent School
  District Board of Trustees in 2011; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Snow distinguished himself in the role of
  president from 1996 to 1998, and he has also represented the board
  on various bodies; and
         WHEREAS, This esteemed civic leader has further shared his
  time and talents as president of the T. A. Howard Middle School PTA,
  and he serves as a deacon at the Woodland West Church of Christ in
  Arlington; and
         WHEREAS, A 32-year veteran of the aircraft industry, Mr. Snow
  works for Triumph Aerostructures-Vought Aircraft Division, where
  he is currently an international procurement program manager; and
         WHEREAS, In all of his endeavors, Mr. Snow has been blessed
  with the support of his wife, Luanne, who is an employee of
  Mansfield ISD, as well as their two children, Bryan and Tyler, both
  of whom graduated from Mansfield High School; and
         WHEREAS, Scott Snow has contributed greatly to the mission of
  Mansfield ISD, and he has earned the deep appreciation of his fellow
  citizens; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby honor Scott Snow for his dedicated service as a
  member of the board of trustees of the Mansfield Independent School
  District and extend to him sincere best wishes for the future; and,
  be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Snow as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
