R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  death of Frances Louise Reinke of Waco on March 28, 2011, at the age
  of 82; and
         WHEREAS, The former Frances Brown was born to Emmitt and Ruth
  Brown on January 11, 1929, in Bessie, Oklahoma; she was joined in
  matrimony to Fred Reinke on October 19, 1946, and they enjoyed a
  rewarding marriage of nearly 64 years, until his passing on October
  9, 2010; she was blessed with three children, Deborah, David, and
  William, as well as seven grandchildren and eight
  great-grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Reinke was a former employee of the R. E. Cox
  Department Store and a productive member of her community; devoted
  to her faith, she was a valued congregant of St. Paul Lutheran
  Church; and
         WHEREAS, Although Frances Reinke will be deeply missed,
  cherished memories of time spent in her company will long endure in
  the hearts of her family and friends; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Frances Louise
  Reinke and extend sincere condolences to the members of her family:
  to her daughter, Deborah Slaughter, and her husband, Jim; to her
  sons, David Reinke and his wife, Deena Wright, and William Reinke
  and his wife, Caroline Reinke; to her brothers, Kenneth and Eddie
  Brown; to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and to her
  other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Frances
  Reinke.
