R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the |
|
death of Frances Louise Reinke of Waco on March 28, 2011, at the age |
|
of 82; and |
|
WHEREAS, The former Frances Brown was born to Emmitt and Ruth |
|
Brown on January 11, 1929, in Bessie, Oklahoma; she was joined in |
|
matrimony to Fred Reinke on October 19, 1946, and they enjoyed a |
|
rewarding marriage of nearly 64 years, until his passing on October |
|
9, 2010; she was blessed with three children, Deborah, David, and |
|
William, as well as seven grandchildren and eight |
|
great-grandchildren; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mrs. Reinke was a former employee of the R. E. Cox |
|
Department Store and a productive member of her community; devoted |
|
to her faith, she was a valued congregant of St. Paul Lutheran |
|
Church; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although Frances Reinke will be deeply missed, |
|
cherished memories of time spent in her company will long endure in |
|
the hearts of her family and friends; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Frances Louise |
|
Reinke and extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: |
|
to her daughter, Deborah Slaughter, and her husband, Jim; to her |
|
sons, David Reinke and his wife, Deena Wright, and William Reinke |
|
and his wife, Caroline Reinke; to her brothers, Kenneth and Eddie |
|
Brown; to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and to her |
|
other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Frances |
|
Reinke. |
