R E S O L U T I O N

|
|
WHEREAS, March 19, 2011, marked a new chapter in the lives of |
|
|
Brandon Slade Terry and Lyndsey Joy King of Lorena, for on that day |
|
|
they exchanged their wedding vows and embarked on a rewarding |
|
|
journey together as husband and wife; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A graduate of McGregor High School, the former |
|
|
Lyndsey King is a student at Tarleton State University, where she is |
|
|
majoring in agribusiness, while Mr. Terry is a valued employee of |
|
|
Heart of Texas Electric Cooperative; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The Terrys were joined in matrimony at a ceremony |
|
|
held at Zion Lutheran Church in McGregor, which was followed by a |
|
|
reception at The Main Place; sharing in the celebration of the |
|
|
couple's nuptials were their proud parents, Cindy King, Dusty and |
|
|
Janet Terry, and Rhonda Terry, their grandparents, Gus and Joyce |
|
|
Wiethorn and Huland and Barbara Reeves, and a wide circle of |
|
|
friends; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This momentous event marked a profound deepening of |
|
|
a relationship that has grown in love, respect, and mutual regard |
|
|
with each passing day, and it is truly a pleasure to honor this |
|
|
fortunate couple on their marriage; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Brandon and Lyndsey Terry on their |
|
|
wedding and extend to them sincere best wishes for a lifetime of |
|
|
happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for the Terrys as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
