R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Melissa Jade Bennett and Stephen Kyle Jones have |
|
|
announced their engagement, to the delight of all who know them; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The daughter of Forrest and Dana Bennett, Melissa |
|
|
Bennett graduated from West High School in 2007; she went on to |
|
|
attend Vogue College of Cosmetology and currently works at a salon |
|
|
in West; Mr. Jones, the son of Ronnie and Debbie Jones, is a 2004 |
|
|
graduate of Connally High School; he earned his associate of |
|
|
applied science degree in environmental health and safety |
|
|
technology from Texas State Technical College and is employed with |
|
|
Fluor Daniels; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The marriage of this devoted young couple in June |
|
|
2011 will bring family and friends together to share in the joy of |
|
|
this memorable event, while marking a profound deepening of a |
|
|
relationship that has grown in love, respect, and mutual regard |
|
|
with each passing day; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Melissa Jade Bennett and Stephen |
|
|
Kyle Jones on their impending nuptials and extend to them sincere |
|
|
best wishes for a lifetime of happiness as husband and wife; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Bennett and Mr. Jones as an expression of high |
|
|
regard by the Texas House of Representatives. |
