impressive feat in the high-scoring environment of six-man
football; after winning just one game in 10 tries in the 2007
season, the Eagles have posted a 38-2 record, a remarkable
  turnaround for the program; and
WHEREAS, In their march to the state title, the Eagles
received valuable contributions from each member of the roster:
seniors Drew Anderson, James Anderson, Reagan Cameron, Dylan Cole,
Roy Dawson, Azamat Pate, Ian Roskow, and Michael Wolfskill; juniors

from head coach Matt Tarbutton, who has taken Brenham Christian
Academy to the state finals in each of the two seasons he has led the
team, with the 2009 squad falling just one victory short of the
title; the Eagles also benefited from the knowledgeable advice of
assistant coaches Jesse Hayre, Peter Morissette, Les Armstrong, and
  Denny Varghese; and
WHEREAS, Winning a state championship represents the
culmination of countless hours of hard work and an unwavering
commitment to excellence, and the members of the Brenham Christian

accomplishment for many years to come; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
