R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Kate Harrison has been awarded a scholarship in |
|
|
recognition of her outstanding academic accomplishments; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A student at Reicher Catholic High School, Ms. |
|
|
Harrison was one of six area young people to be honored at the |
|
|
Educators Credit Union's 72nd annual meeting, which was held on |
|
|
March 28, 2011, at the Waco Convention Center; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy young Texan has worked toward her |
|
|
goals with great diligence and resolve, and her achievements are a |
|
|
source of tremendous pride to her parents, teachers, and |
|
|
classmates; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Kate Harrison on her receipt of an |
|
|
Educators Credit Union scholarship and extend to her sincere best |
|
|
wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Harrison as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
