R E S O L U T I O N
|

|
|
WHEREAS, Young people who devote themselves to the pursuit |
|
|
of academic excellence are deserving of every Texan's respect and |
|
|
admiration, and Kollin Kahler of Waco is indeed one such |
|
|
individual; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Kahler attends Lamar University in Beaumont, |
|
|
where his commitment to his studies earned him a perfect 4.0 grade |
|
|
point average and a place on the fall 2010 president's list; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Kollin Kahler has demonstrated outstanding |
|
|
initiative and dedication in college, and he may take justifiable |
|
|
pride in his notable accomplishment; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Kollin Kahler on making the |
|
|
president's list at Lamar University and extend to him sincere best |
|
|
wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Kahler as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
