R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the untimely loss of
  Brenda Reagor of Llano, who passed away on April 21, 2011, at the
  age of 59; and
         WHEREAS, A native of the Lone Star State, the former Brenda
  Strickland was born on January 7, 1952, to Blanche and Harold
  Strickland; in 1969, she met the love of her life, Mike Reagor, whom
  she married on August 18, 1973; through the years, the couple were
  blessed with three children, Amy, Markus, and Suzanne, and their
  family eventually grew to include seven grandchildren; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Reagor was dedicated to her loved ones; known
  for her humor, smile, and thoughtful advice, she was active in the
  Lutie Watkins Memorial United Methodist Church and in the Llano
  community, where Mr. Reagor serves as mayor; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to her work as a program manager for the
  Farm Service Agency, she had recently started a quilting business
  with a close friend; she also used her crafting talents to benefit
  the Imagine No Malaria ministry; and
         WHEREAS, Brenda Reagor will be deeply missed, and memories of
  this caring woman will long be treasured by all those who were
  privileged to know her; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Brenda Reagor and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  husband, Mike Reagor; to her daughters, Amy Turner and her husband,
  Lieutenant Commander Jim Turner, and Suzanne Flores and her
  husband, George; to her son, George Markus Reagor and his wife,
  Shannon; to her sisters, Kay Krause, Johanna Fritsch, Gay Kruemcke,
  and Marla Hiller; to her brother, Terry Strickland; to her seven
  grandchildren, Marshall, Colton, Nick, Caleb, Jacob, Sydney, and
  Cade; and to her other relatives and many friends; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Brenda
  Reagor.
