R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, The death of Anna Marie Guajardo of Waco on April 5,
  2011, at the age of 51, has brought a great loss to her family and
  friends; and
         WHEREAS, Born in Waco on November 10, 1959, the former Anna
  Marie Montoya was the daughter of Faustino and Emma Montoya; she
  married Antonio Guajardo and they later became the parents of six
  children, Brianna, Antonette, Victoria, Rory, Devon, and Demtris;
  and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Guajardo devoted herself to caring for her home
  and family and was a valued member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church;
  kind and generous, she touched innumerable hearts and endeared
  herself to many through her sense of humor, honesty, and
  directness; she had great strength of character and faced every
  challenge with grace; and
         WHEREAS, Although it is always too soon to say goodbye to a
  loved one, those who were privileged to share in the richness of her
  life will forever treasure their memories of Anna Marie Guajardo,
  and they may find lasting comfort in the joy and warmth she brought
  them; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Anna Marie Guajardo
  and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  husband, Antonio Guajardo; to her daughters, Brianna Guajardo,
  Antonette Guajardo, and Victoria Guajardo; to her sons, Rory
  Guajardo and his wife, Cheryl, Devon Guajardo, and Demtris
  Guajardo; to her six grandchildren; to her mother, Emma Montoya; to
  her sisters, Felicia Lopez and Jeana Montoya; to her brothers,
  Faustino Montoya, Jr., Greg Montoya, Rhigo Montoya, Tony Montoya,
  and Santana Diaz and his wife, Shontelle; and to her many other
  relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Anna Marie
  Guajardo.
