R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Memories of a life filled with joyful times and
  meaningful accomplishments remain to comfort the family and friends
  of Charlsie Ann Rowland of Waco, who passed away on April 4, 2011,
  at the age of 58; and
         WHEREAS, Born in Austin on November 3, 1952, to John and Oleta
  Rowland, Charlsie Rowland enjoyed a notable career as a social
  worker and an occupational therapist, and she made a positive
  difference in the lives of countless individuals through her work;
  she was also a valued congregant of First Baptist Church of Hewitt;
  and
         WHEREAS, Although the life of Charlsie Rowland ended far too
  soon, she will always be remembered with great tenderness and
  affection by those who had the good fortune to know her; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Charlsie Ann
  Rowland and extend deepest sympathy to the members of her family: to
  her sister, Barbie Dutton, and her husband, Mike; to her nephews,
  Jon Dutton and his wife, Alicia, and Zachary Dutton; and to her
  other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Charlsie
  Ann Rowland.
