R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, The passing of Albert Galindo of Waco on March 25, |
|
2011, at the age of 50, has deeply saddened his family and friends; |
|
and |
|
WHEREAS, Albert Galindo was born in Chicago Heights, |
|
Illinois, on April 23, 1960, to Augustin Galindo, Sr., and Tommie |
|
Mendoza Galindo; he married the former Rebecca Martinez, and |
|
through the years their family grew to include two daughters, |
|
Alicia and Sonya, and a grandson, Donald; and |
|
WHEREAS, An easygoing, likeable man who was often seen with a |
|
smile, Mr. Galindo enjoyed working on his motorcycle and riding the |
|
open road with his friends; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although Albert Galindo will be greatly missed, |
|
cherished memories of time spent in his company will live on in the |
|
hearts of all those whose lives he touched; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Albert Galindo and |
|
extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his |
|
wife, Rebecca Martinez Galindo; to his daughters, Alicia Galindo |
|
and her fiance, Donald Lopez, Jr., and Sonya Galindo; to his |
|
grandson, Donald Lopez III; to his parents, Augustin Galindo, Sr., |
|
and Tommie Mendoza Galindo; to his sisters, Genevieve Cervantez and |
|
her husband, Frank, Leticia Martinez and her husband, Raymond, and |
|
Criseida Galindo and her fiance, Rico Salinas; to his brothers, |
|
Augustin Galindo, Jr., and his wife, Rebecca, and Rodolfo Galindo |
|
and Alice Ramos; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it |
|
further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Albert |
|
Galindo. |
