R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
|
the tragic death of Keenan Rhae-Von Hubert on March 28, 2011, at the |
|
|
age of 20; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born on December 24, 1990, Mr. Hubert was raised and |
|
|
educated in Waco; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Known as "Lockie," he was beloved for his sense of |
|
|
humor and will be deeply missed by all those who held him dear; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, While the life of Keenan Hubert ended far too soon, |
|
|
he will always be remembered with great tenderness and affection; |
|
|
now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Keenan Rhae-Von |
|
|
Hubert and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: |
|
|
to his mother, Dawn Johnson; to his father, Artumus Matthews; to his |
|
|
dad, Reginald Johnson; to his brothers, Kelton Hubert, Cameron |
|
|
Caruthers, DeIdris Woods, and Artumus Matthews, Jr.; to his |
|
|
paternal grandparents, Janice Matthews and the Reverend Lonnie |
|
|
Matthews; to his special friend, Derricka Mitchell; and to his |
|
|
other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Keenan |
|
|
Hubert. |
