R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Those young people who give of their time and |
|
|
talents to assist in the demanding work of the Texas Legislature are |
|
|
truly deserving of our gratitude and admiration, and Robert Nunez |
|
|
is one such individual; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Originally from Pasadena, Mr. Nunez served as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Elliott |
|
|
Naishtat from January to May 2011, and his commitment, dedication, |
|
|
and cheerful disposition were much appreciated by his colleagues; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Nunez is a student at The University of Texas at |
|
|
Austin, and his experience with the workings of state government |
|
|
will no doubt enrich and inform his undergraduate experience; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although his coworkers are sorry to see his tenure |
|
|
end, they share his excitement in a future that is bright with |
|
|
promise; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby honor Robert Nunez for his service as a |
|
|
legislative intern with the Texas House of Representatives and |
|
|
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success and |
|
|
happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Nunez as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
