               WHEREAS, Family and friends will long cherish their memories  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        of Ruth Marie Warren of Axtell, who passed away on April 20, 2011,  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        at the age of 78; and | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
               WHEREAS, Born on October 22, 1932, in Waco to Tony and Ruby  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        Langley, the former Ruth Marie Langley attended school in Eddy; she  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        married Robert Lee Warren, Sr., and the couple shared 31 years of  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        fulfilling partnership until his passing; she also experienced the  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        joy of welcoming three more generations into her family; and | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
               WHEREAS, Mrs. Warren was a loving mother and grandmother who  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        additionally served as a foster and adoptive mother, raising many  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        children in need of homes; a member of New Hope Baptist Church in  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        Riesel for many years, she was a woman of strong faith who enjoyed  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        reading the Bible and novels with Christian themes; in her spare  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        time, she liked to crochet; and | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
               WHEREAS, This devoted homemaker lived a caring and purposeful  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        life surrounded by those she loved, and the memory of her delight in  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        their company will long endure to comfort them; now, therefore, be  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        it | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
               RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Ruth Marie Warren of  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        Axtell and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        her daughters, Nora Tindell and her husband, Billy, Toni Stein and  | 
      
      
        | 
           
			 | 
        her husband, Danny, and Missy Benner and her husband, Terry; to her  | 
      
      
        |

        sons, Andy Warren, Robert Warren, Jr., and his wife, Lisa, and  |

        William Warren and his wife, Lynda; to her stepsons, Charles Warren  |
