R E S O L U T I O N

|
WHEREAS, During the 82nd Legislative Session, Emily Landon |
|
|
has distinguished herself as assistant clerk for the House |
|
|
Committee on Pensions, Investments, and Financial Services; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Landon's strong work ethic contributed greatly |
|
|
to the efficient operation of the committee, and she ably assisted |
|
|
the clerk with juggling the myriad responsibilities involved in |
|
|
processing the legislation it received; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Approaching her duties with professionalism and |
|
|
diligence, Ms. Landon has provided outstanding service to the |
|
|
legislature during the current session, and it is most fitting to |
|
|
recognize her for a job well done; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Emily Landon for her service as |
|
|
assistant clerk for the House Committee on Pensions, Investments, |
|
|
and Financial Services and extend to her sincere best wishes for the |
|
|
future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Landon as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
