R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Debra Lynn Ramirez of Waco passed away on April 28, |
|
2011, at the age of 52, leaving her circle of family and friends to |
|
cherish their many happy memories of time spent in her company; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born in Waco on July 12, 1958, the former Debra Lyles |
|
was the daughter of C. H. and Charlene Lyles; she was joined in |
|
marriage with Gilbert Ramirez, and together they shared a rewarding |
|
relationship and raised three beloved children, Melisa, Jacilyn, |
|
and Edward; and |
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Ramirez was educated in the Waco schools and |
|
attended 4-C Business College before embarking on a career in the |
|
medical records industry; she was a valued congregant of Beverly |
|
Hills Baptist Church; and |
|
WHEREAS, A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and a caring |
|
friend, Debra Ramirez touched many lives with her warmth and sense |
|
of humor, and she will forever hold a treasured place in the hearts |
|
of all those who were fortunate enough to know her; now, therefore, |
|
be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Debra Lynn Ramirez and |
|
extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
husband, Gilbert Ramirez; to her daughters, Melisa Weins and her |
|
husband, Kenneth, and Jacilyn Jeffcoat and her husband, Eric |
|
Pecina; to her son, Edward Ramirez, and his wife, Allison; to her |
|
grandchildren, Kyle, Savanna, Yazmynn, Eric, Avery, Nuthaniel, |
|
Avelino, Elena Lynn, Ulyzabeth, and Aviel; to her sisters, Sherri |
|
Spivey and Martha Ramirez and her husband, Pedro; to her brothers, |
|
C. H. "Buster" Lyles and Howard Bright and his wife, Neita; and to |
|
her other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Debra Lynn |
|
Ramirez. |
