R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, During the 82nd Legislative Session, Armen Kevin |
|
|
Hazarian has ably served his fellow Texans as an intern in the |
|
|
office of State Representative Tryon Lewis; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Hazarian has |
|
|
contributed to the workings of state government firsthand; in |
|
|
addition to learning more about the legislative process and the |
|
|
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State, he has gained |
|
|
valuable work experience in the field of public service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A graduate of Lake Travis High School, Mr. Hazarian |
|
|
is studying government at The University of Texas at Austin; he is a |
|
|
member of the Sons of the American Legion and has been active in the |
|
|
past as a volunteer firefighter, and he has participated in the |
|
|
Model United Nations program; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy young Texan has performed his duties |
|
|
as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Armen Hazarian for his service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Tryon |
|
|
Lewis and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in |
|
|
all his future endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Hazarian as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
