R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Jelissa Graves of Dallas is commemorating a special
  milestone in her life on June 2, 2011, for on that day she graduates
  from the Texas School for the Deaf in Austin; and
         WHEREAS, Throughout her two years at TSD, Ms. Graves has
  remained dedicated to her course work, with a particular interest
  in the health sciences; she hopes to receive additional training in
  that field in the school's 18+ Program; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to her academic pursuits, Ms. Graves has
  served her fellow students as a manager for the softball and track
  teams; and
         WHEREAS, Graduation marks the beginning of a new and exciting
  chapter in the life of Ms. Graves, and it is indeed fitting to
  commend her for her noteworthy accomplishment; now, therefore, be
  it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Jelissa Graves on her graduation
  from the Texas School for the Deaf and extend to her sincere best
  wishes for the future; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Graves as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
