R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, Maria Rosario Flores of Waco passed away on May 7,
  2011, at the age of 54, leaving her circle of family and friends to
  cherish their many happy memories of time spent in her company; and
         WHEREAS, A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Mrs. Flores was born
  to Delfino and Socorro Ramirez on February 20, 1957, and she married
  Jose Luis Flores; and
         WHEREAS, Mrs. Flores was devoted to her two sons, John and
  Luis, and her daughters, Keila and Anna Marie; she gave
  unconditional love to her children and her six treasured
  grandchildren and watched over them with unending tenderness; kind
  and caring, she played a maternal role in the lives of others as
  well; a woman of faith, she was a valued member of Maranatha Church
  of Waco; and
         WHEREAS, Maria Flores possessed a generosity of spirit that
  expressed itself in myriad ways, and she will forever hold a special
  place in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her;
  now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Maria Rosario
  Flores and extend sincere condolences to the members of her family:
  to her husband, Jose Luis Flores; to her children, John Flores and
  his wife, Elia, Luis Flores, and Keila Flores; to her six
  grandchildren; to her three brothers; to her three sisters; and to
  her many other relatives and friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Maria
  Rosario Flores.
