R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
|
the untimely loss of Kellie Ona Campbell of West, who passed away on |
|
|
May 4, 2011, at the age of 26; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born on March 9, 1985, in Irving to Larry and |
|
|
Kimberly Phelps, Kellie Phelps attended high school in Salado, and |
|
|
she then worked for the American Income Life Insurance Company; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, She married Justin Henry Campbell in West on April |
|
|
22, 2006, and together they welcomed two children, Zackary and |
|
|
Zoie, into their family; devoted to her son, daughter, and husband, |
|
|
she became a full-time homemaker; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although her life came to an end far too soon, |
|
|
cherished memories of time spent in her company will long endure in |
|
|
the hearts of all those who had the good fortune to share in her love |
|
|
and friendship; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Kellie Ona Campbell |
|
|
and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
|
husband, Justin Campbell; to her children, Zackary and Zoie |
|
|
Campbell; to her mother, Kimberly Clapper; to her father, Larry |
|
|
Phelps; to her brother, Jon Phelps; to her mother-in-law, Julane |
|
|
Campbell; to her grandmother, Wanda Shifrin-Cobb; and to her other |
|
|
relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Kellie Ona |
|
|
Campbell. |
