A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

|
relating to the designation of State Highway 121 in Tarrant and |
|
|
Johnson Counties as the Chisholm Trail Parkway. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 225.058(a), Transportation Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(a) State Highway 121 between Interstate Highway 30 |
|
|
[Farm-to-Market Road 1187] in Tarrant County and United States |
|
|
Highway 67 in Johnson County is designated as the Chisholm Trail |
|
|
Parkway. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011. |
