SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 92
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |
|
|
recognize Nancy McClintock, who is retiring after 24 years of |
|
|
outstanding service with the City of Austin; and |
| |
|
|
WHEREAS, Nancy McClintock began her career with the city in |
|
|
1986 as an environmental specialist with the Environmental and |
|
|
Conservation Services Department; she has gone on to hold a |
|
|
variety of posts, including environmental programs supervisor, |
|
|
environmental services manager, and division manager, and she is |
|
|
retiring as assistant director of the Watershed Protection and |
|
|
Development Review Department; and |
| |
|
|
WHEREAS, Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a |
|
|
high level of skill and expertise; talented and resourceful, she |
|
|
has handled the many responsibilities of her position with |
|
|
particular efficiency and dedication; and |
| |
|
|
WHEREAS, An exemplary public servant, she is respected and |
|
|
admired by her colleagues, and her presence at the City of |
|
|
Austin's Watershed Protection and Development Review Department |
|
|
will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it |
| |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd |
|
|
Legislature, hereby commend Nancy McClintock on her exceptional |
|
|
service to the City of Austin and extend to her best wishes for |
|
|
the retirement years ahead; and, be it further |
| |
|
|
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
|
|
her as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate. |
