SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 92
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize Nancy McClintock, who is retiring after 24 years of
  outstanding service with the City of Austin; and
 
         WHEREAS, Nancy McClintock began her career with the city in
  1986 as an environmental specialist with the Environmental and
  Conservation Services Department; she has gone on to hold a
  variety of posts, including environmental programs supervisor,
  environmental services manager, and division manager, and she is
  retiring as assistant director of the Watershed Protection and
  Development Review Department; and
 
         WHEREAS, Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a
  high level of skill and expertise; talented and resourceful, she
  has handled the many responsibilities of her position with
  particular efficiency and dedication; and
 
         WHEREAS, An exemplary public servant, she is respected and
  admired by her colleagues, and her presence at the City of
  Austin's Watershed Protection and Development Review Department
  will be greatly missed; now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
  Legislature, hereby commend Nancy McClintock on her exceptional
  service to the City of Austin and extend to her best wishes for
  the retirement years ahead; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
