SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 192
 
 
  In Memory
  of
  Sylvia Anita Perez
 
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and
  commemorates the life of Sylvia Anita Perez, who died January 18,
  2011, at the age of 63; and
 
         WHEREAS, Sylvia Perez was born December 27, 1947, in San
  Antonio; she was an exemplary citizen who was widely respected
  and admired throughout her community for her many achievements; and
 
         WHEREAS, A woman of courage, compassion, and dignity, she
  gave generously to others, and her wisdom, warmth, and enthusiasm
  for living each day to the fullest will not be forgotten by those
  who knew her; and
 
         WHEREAS, She was devoted to her large and loving extended
  family, and she will continue to live in the hearts and minds of
  those she left behind; now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
  Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved
  family of Sylvia Anita Perez: her son, Christopher A. Perez, and
  his wife, Barbara; her parents, Richard Fragoso, Sr., and Rebecca
  Fragoso; and her brothers, Richard, Robert, and Reynaldo
  Fragoso; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas
  Senate, and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in
  memory of Sylvia Anita Perez.
