SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 505
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize Frances L. King, who is retiring on March 31, 2011,
  after more than 30 years of outstanding service to Dallas County;
  and
 
         WHEREAS, Frances King began her career with Dallas County
  on October 16, 1980, as a court clerk in County Criminal Court
  Number Three; she has gone on to hold numerous important
  positions in the court, including chief clerk and court
  coordinator; and
 
         WHEREAS, Throughout her career, she has been noted for her
  superior skills and expertise; she was named Court Coordinator of
  the Year in 2005 by the Dallas Bar Association; and
 
         WHEREAS, Talented and resourceful, she has handled her many
  responsibilities with exceptional efficiency and dedication; and
 
         WHEREAS, An exemplary public servant, she is respected and
  admired by her colleagues, and her presence in the halls of
  justice of Dallas County will be greatly missed; now, therefore,
  be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 82nd
  Legislature, hereby commend Frances L. King on her loyal service
  to Dallas County and extend to her best wishes for the retirement
  years ahead; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
