Joseph, Missouri, to Clara Belle McClain and Dailey Irvin
McClain; he moved to Baldwin City, Kansas, to attend Baker

at the Coffeyville Country Club; and
WHEREAS, He served in the United States Army Honor Guard,
stationed at Fort Myer in Arlington County, Virginia, during the
presidency of John F. Kennedy; and
WHEREAS, He takes great pride in his daughter, Lisa Marie,

  than four decades; and
WHEREAS, He generously gives his time and support to
special-needs adults at Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio,
