No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to extend the suspension of a driver’s license in certain circumstances from 90 days to 180 days. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
