IN RE:	HB31 by Guillen (Relating to the suspension of the driver's licenses of certain persons younger than 18 years of age.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to extend the suspension of a driver’s license in certain circumstances from 90 days to 180 days. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
