No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to persons authorized to control the disposition of the remains of certain members of the United States armed forces. 

This analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources within the Funeral Service Commission.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
