No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to prohibit certain personal information (such as a social security number) from being contained in a final decree of divorce or in an order in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship. To the extent the bill would amend court procedures, the change is not anticipated to increase the workload of the courts or require additional resources. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
