Local Government Impact

School districts may incur new costs for administrative staff to collect information related to bullying incidents. Costs to collect and report the required information to be included in the annual performance summary could vary widely depending on whether the software systems were local or vendor packages and the complexity of the updates to accommodate the collection and reporting of new bullying data.
