No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to allow a commissioners court in a county with a population of less than 110,000 to disolve a bail bond board by a majority vote and by adopting written procedures to conclude the board's operations.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
