No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require certain personal identification certificates and driver’s licenses to be in the same format, have the same appearance, and contain the same type of information. The bill would take effect September 1, 2011. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
