No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would repeal a 15-cent state court cost associated with the offense of failing to secure a child passenger in a motor vehicle. To the extent the repeal of the court cost may result in decreased state revenue, the fiscal implication to the state is not anticipated to be significant

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
