No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to provide for a penalty for the dissemination of criminal record information if there is an order of expunction or nondisclosure.  The Department of Public Safety anticipates no fiscal implication to the State from the bill.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
