No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Transportation Code relating to reports to the legislature on certain administrative hearings regarding the automatic suspension of a person's driver's license.

Based on information provided by the Department of Public Safety and the State Office of Administrative Hearings, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
