No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend portions of the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow a holder of a valid deer breeder permit to process a breeder deer as venison, or sell a live breeder deer for processing if the deer is not needed for propagation under conditions as described. No fiscal implication to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department or the state is anticipated from bill amendments.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2011.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
