No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code in relation to written directives and duties of emergency medical services personnel in certain emergency prehospital care situations. The bill includes the definition for emergency medical services personnel, emergency prehospital care, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The fiscal impact associated with the provisions of the bill would vary depending on the procedures currently in place; however, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
