No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to utilize electronic means of transmission for notices issued or sent by the agency to a state senator or representative, unless the senator or a representative has requested to receive notice by mail. The bill's passage is not expected to have a significant impact on TCEQ operations or workload.
