No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to permit the commissioners court of a county or the governing board of an incorporated city or town to enact regulations prohibiting the possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage at a previously licensed or permitted establishment for on-premises consumption for not more than three years from the date of the canceled or expired permit or license.
